International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
International orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $99.

Customs Fees, VAT & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

These charges are determined by local government authorities and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Original packaging should be included when applicable.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item was incorrectly described or damaged.

Returns refunded to the original credit or debit card are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To avoid the 10% restocking fee, customers may choose store credit when available.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
