Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. We charge international fee's in relation to your location as well as the total weight of your package.
Custom fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. Your government website is likely a great resource for this sort of information.
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order at email@example.com. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
There is no charges for return. Original shipping charges is non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges (unless is grossly misrepresented - please email us before initiating return to discuss return options)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
