Domestic Shipping
BAYSUPERSTORE ships worldwide via USPS, UPS, or DHL from our FLORIDA headquarters with some exception. There are two types of shipment:
- When an order is shipped from our Florida Headquarters, orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday. 1-day Express options are also available. All shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-6 business days. Priority Mail shipments include online tracking. Please wait 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update on the USPS website.
- Through some clever logistics, we can ship our products direct from the manufacturer. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 12-20 days. On a checkout page Free Standard Shipping is automatically selected when you select the direct shipped item with low price. Each merchandise that is shipped directly from our manufacturers will be identified on the item page.

It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer. When items selected comes with FREE Shipping directly from the manufacturer, shipping time may vary based on the country selected, but most orders outside the United States arrive within 26-48 days. On a checkout page, Free Standard Shipping is automatically selected when you select direct shipping item with low price. Each merchandise that is shipped directly from our manufacturers will be identified on the item page.
- Most US based items are shipped using the USPS Priority Mail International service*: Packages arrive usually within 10 to 15 days. Includes parcel tracking.
- *You may also be given an option to select from one of the following services: USPS Express Mail, UPS, or DHL for the International Shipment
- When Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, best available free shipping option is selected. Items arrive usually within 26-48 days for our international customers.

If the item selected is mixed, US based and directly from the manufacturer, will process and ship US based items independently and in separate packaging from the items shipped directly from the manufacturers to guarantee fastest processing and delivery for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Returns
If anything you purchase from the BAYSUPERSTORE is unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered with the certain conditions. Shipping costs are nonrefundable (unless grossly misrepresented). Returned merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee when a purchase is made using a credit/debit card unless store credit is requested. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days post-delivery.
To make a return please use our Return Request Page or email us at support@baysuperstore.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

International Returns
At this time BAYSUPERSTORE is unable to offer return postage to our international customers.
