- All US based items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International: Packages arrive usually within 10 to 15 days. Includes parcel tracking.
- When Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, best available free shipping option is selected. Items arrive usually within 26-48 days for our international customers.
Order Shipment & Packaging Practices
We will try our best to ship orders in a single package, however, products may ship separately to guarantee the fastest shipping possible to our customers. If the item selected is mixed, US based and directly from the manufacturer, will process and ship US based items independently and in separate packaging from the items shipped directly from the manufacturers to guarantee fastest processing and delivery for our customers.
The BAYSUPERSTORE offers shipping rates based on total order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $99 within the US.

Customs Fees / VAT / Duties

If anything you purchase from the BAYSUPERSTORE is unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable (unless grossly misrepresented). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days post-delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

At this time BAYSUPERSTORE is unable to offer return postage to our international customers.
